How Gift Memberships & Vouchers Work
Gift Memberships and Gift Vouchers can be emailed to you or sent directly to the lucky recipient, making them perfect for stress-free gifting.
Gift Memberships are redeemable exclusively on memberships, while Gift Vouchers can be used for single day admission tickets. All gift options must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used in the Gardens Shop or Medicine Bakery Café.

How to redeem a Gift Membership
Once they’re ready, your recipient can activate their membership at any time within a year of purchase. From that moment, they’ll unlock 12 months of unlimited visits.

How to spend a Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers can be used to purchase daily admission tickets at the Welcome Desk, or online by applying the Gift Voucher code on the last payment screen during purchase.
