We are open every day, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day! Please check opening times before you travel. When we hold evening concerts or theatre productions, we sometimes have to close the Gardens earlier. Check our website homepage for any updates and announcements.

There is good wheelchair access throughout the Gardens and glasshouses and we have 3 wheelchairs and 5 electric mobility scooters for hire. These must be pre-booked to ensure availability. Only Guide Dogs and Assistance Animals are allowed in The Gardens.

We have limited on-site parking, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All visitors (including members) MUST input their vehicle registration on the parking machine in the reception. Members park for free and day visitor are charged £3. All income raised from the car park helps support our charity.
