Did you know we are a charity? Gift Aid makes a huge difference to us and helps to conserve and grow. A small donation with your entrance ticket can go a long way.
Gift Aid allows UK charities to claim back the basic rate already paid on donations by the donor. For every £1 you spend on admission, we can claim back 25p from the Government on your behalf.

Opening Times
We are open every day, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day at the following times:
25th May to 1st September:
The Gardens are open from 10 am until 6 pm on both weekdays and weekends.
2nd September to 11th November:
The Gardens are open from 10 am until 5 pm on weekdays and weekends.
11th November to 9th February:
The Gardens are open from 11 am until 4 pm on weekdays and weekends.
Christmas Eve:
The Gardens are open from 11 am until 4 pm.
Christmas Day
The Gardens are closed.
Boxing Day
The Gardens are closed for day time admission, but open for the Luminate light trail in the evening.
Last entry to the Gardens is 30 minutes before closing time.
Visitor announcements:

The Gardens Shop
The Gardens Shop opens the same time as the Gardens and closes 15 minutes before closing time.

The Gardens Café
The Café closes 30 minutes before closing time and is located within the grounds of the Gardens, To enter you will need to pay admission to the Gardens or be a member. For more information and menus click here.
Parking:
We have limited on-site parking and it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Members – free (one car per membership – please register your car at the Welcome Desk on every visit).
- Blue badge holders – free (please register at the Welcome Desk by speaking to a member of our team on arrival).
- Non-members – £3 parking. Parking is paid on exit and paying kiosks are located within the main building.
